d. If you have any questions about the Terms and Conditions, please contact us.

2. Variation to Ticketing Terms and Conditions

KPST may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated. e. Subject to applicable laws, KPST reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule and/or vary advertised programs, prices or capacity, and this will not give rise to or entitle you to any right to a partial or full refund or exchange of a purchased admission ticket except as otherwise determined by KPST.

f. You will not be entitled to any partial or full refund or credit if (i) the price you paid for a ticket was at any time before you purchased your ticket less than the price you paid; or (ii) the price of any other ticket is subsequently reduced after you purchase your ticket.

g. A transaction fee may apply to your ticket purchase.

h. You warrant that you have the authority to make payment for your ticket and that you own/hold or have express permission of the owner/holder of the debit card, credit card or other payment facility used to purchase the ticket.

d. Refunds will not be provided where entry into the GSM is denied or ejection occurs in accordance with the GSM Terms and Conditions of Entry, any applicable laws or KPST’s Conditions of Entry.

e. Where a session or event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated and you purchased a valid ticket for the relevant time/event/location, you may be entitled to a refund. In such event, to the extent permitted by law, KPST is not liable to refund to you any amount beyond the face value of the ticket.

f. KPST will not reimburse you for ancillary, related or auxiliary expenses (such as the cost of travel, car-parking, child-care, storage and/or accommodation) or other consequential loss suffered by you in connection with your attendance or non-attendance at GSM or at a session or event at GSM.

8. No Scalping or other unauthorised sales

a. Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or packaged, resold or otherwise offered for or in connection with advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including competitions) without KPST’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in its absolute discretion. If a ticket is sold or used in contravention of this condition, the ticket may be seized or cancelled without notice, refund or exchange and the bearer of the ticket may be denied admission.

b. Entry may be refused if GSM staff reasonably believe that an admission ticket is not authentic or valid, including because the ticket has been damaged or defaced, or has not been purchased from KPST or other authorised points of sale.

9. Errors

a. While KPST tries to ensure that admission tickets are correctly priced and only available for sale when intended, errors may occur. KPST may cancel an order made as a result of any such error. In the case of a pricing error, KPST will endeavour to contact you to give you the option of purchasing the admission ticket at the correct price.
